> Stephen Cardy is a resident of Isleworth Country Club, as well as the owner and CEO of a $45 million dollar organization (which promises continued growth within the Orlando area). We like to call him, “ The Missile Man”. His Orlando based company located on Sand Lake Road, OTNA Holdings Inc., has divisions involved in a variety of business areas including Ordinance Technologies (NA) Inc. (a defense company), OTNA Realty Inc., OTNA Properties Inc., OTNA Title Agency Inc., OTNA Entertainment Inc. and OTNA Vehicles Inc.

The move to Orlando occurred some three years ago with Stephen having previously lived for periods in Fort Walton Beach, La Jolla, San Diego and the UK.

He was born in the UK and commenced his working life in the defense industry as a design engineer involved in weapon system design and development, and is regarded as a world leading expert in warhead and fuzing design and development. His unique occupation has provided many interesting overseas opportunities including integration of UK weapons onto US aircraft in support of the Gulf War, support to the UK Royal Air Force and Royal Saudi Air Force in Dahran, as well as tours of duty in Pakistan, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, France, Germany, UAE, and Spain providing training and live weapon tests support for US allies.

During his period in the UK, Stephen provided instruction to the UK Royal Air Force and Royal Saudi Air Force as a Qualified Weapon Instructor, advising pilots and navigators on the use of General Purpose Aircraft bombs and associated electronic fuzing. This activity has been undertaken in recent years in support of F16, F15, Mirage and Grippen aircraft users in Pakistan, South Korea, Norway, Sweden, UAE and Portugal. The six weeks spent in Pakistan in Islamabad and Mushaf Air Force, supporting live weapon testing and training, proved a challenging task and Stephen is scheduled to return to Pakistan in July. Prior to his leave in July, he is traveling to Brazil for similar support tasks at the end of May with the Brazilian Air Force. To say the least, he’s very much a “hands on” CEO.

The main organization with OTNA Holdings is Ordnance Technologies (NA) Inc., which stems back some 25 years, is a defense company specializing in warhead system design, and is a major supplier of aircraft free fall bombs, guidance kits and electronic fuzing. The Property division owns a significant number of properties on Ventura Country Club and the Realty and Title Agency organizations are a growing venture for the OTNA Group.

Stephens interest includes supporting the Orlando Magic Basket Ball team, sea fishing, golf and growing his company’s involvement in different ventures. The company has a box in the Amway Arena and is a proud supporter of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Concerns of Police Survivors Chapter by donating seats in the box to the families of COPS. The avid support of the Orlando Magic provided a memorable opportunity this season for Stephen, as he started a Magic game from center court and flew with the team on Magic Carpet Airlines to Detroit to watch the game. Needless to say he’s many interesting experiences.

Stephen has two children, Adam who is living his dream as a drum player in a rock band in Los Angeles and Joanna, a daughter who lives in the UK with her husband Dan.<
